“I remember auditioning with no expectations. I didn’t think I’d even make it as a housemate… Until one day, it was official!” she wrote.

“Four months sa loob ng Bahay ni Kuya, grabe. It was full of lessons, breakdowns, breakthroughs, tears, and growth,” she added.

She also emphasized how her soft and vulnerable moments during the show showcased her character and strength.

“My journey was far from perfect, but I would never trade it for anything else. Known as the “strong one” in my family, for the first time I allowed myself to be soft, to be weak, to be vulnerable, to be human. And that changed me,” she revealed.

“I poured so much of myself into this experience. I got to know parts of me I had ignored for so long. And because of Kuya, the housemates, and the challenges, I came out a different kind of strong. They didn’t just see me, they stood by me, believed in me, and helped me believe in myself again.”

The 22-year-old actress and her duo partner, River Joseph (AZVer), emerged as the fourth Big Placer with 8.77% of the votes.

While their duo didn’t take home the Big Winner title, the beauty queen expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming love and support from her fans. She shared how amazed she was by the fan projects they created: “Then came Big Night. Standing on that stage with River by my side, hearing our names called, it didn’t feel real. That moment alone already felt like the biggest win. And the second I stepped outside, nakita ko kayo. The banners, the LED signs, the cheers… May bus. May billboard. May truck… I was frozen, overwhelmed, and filled with gratitude.”

She ended her heartfelt post with messages of gratitude to everyone who stood by her and supported her journey.

“This may have been the first, but because of all of you, I’m walking away with something so much more: faith, family, and the courage to keep dreaming out loud,” she concluded. “Mahal na mahal ko kayo. Maraming salamat sa tiwala (I love you all so much. Thank you for believing in me.)”

AZ Martinez is a beauty queen and an actress who was featured in minor roles in television shows such as “Mano Po Legacy: The Flower Sisters,” “The Missing Husband,” and “Lilet Matias: Attorney-at-Law,” among others.
