Asia Society Philippines, together with the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) and Shangri-La Cineplex, invites you to witness the best films from Asia at Asia On Screen 2015 from May 8 – 12, at Shang Cineplex, Shangri La Plaza, Mandaluyong City.

Asia On Screen 2015 is Manila’s most premier Asian film festival. This year’s film festival will feature award-winning and critically-acclaimed films from around Asia, including the Philippines. With the burgeoning of the film industries across Asia, the world of arts and cinema and entertainment in Asia has never been more exciting!

Moviegoers this year will enjoy a showcase of high-caliber films from across the region. From the amusing trials of a Korean husband trying to rid himself of a nagging spouse, the harrowing tale of a Japanese father forced to choose between two sons to a glimpse of fraught family ties in distant Iran, viewers can experience a slice of life from all corners of Asia via the silver screen.

Participating countries in the film festival are the following: Australia, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, China and the Philippines.

Asia On Screen 2015 is co-presented by Security Bank and sponsored by Uber and the Bank of Philippine Islands. The festival is supported by the embassies of Australia, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea and China and our media partners: Malaya Business Insight, CNN Philippines, Business Mirror, DZAR 1026 SMNI Radio, ANC, Travelife, When In Manila and Coconuts Manila.

Tickets will be available on site at Shang Cineplex at PHP 100 per screening.
