True believers are still gushing over Spider-Man: Homecoming, the second reboot of the friendly neighborhood superhero and the latest entry in the growing Marvel Cinematic Universe. Reviews have been good, but one piece of news is the talk of the town: it seems that stars Tom Holland and Zendaya are dating in real life!
A source told People magazine, “They started seeing each other while they were filming Spider-Man. They’ve been super careful to keep it private and out of the public eye but they’ve gone on vacations with each other and try and spend as much time as possible with one another.”
Another source adds, “They’re both really ambitious and they challenge each other — but, most importantly, they make each other crack up. They seem to have a really similar sense of humor and love joking around together. They have great banter back and forth.”
This wouldn’t be surprising if it were true. Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst fell in love while filming the first Spider-Man, and Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone found real-life romance in the first reboot.
However, Holland and Zendaya have denied the claims on Twitter:
