After four years, Lawson’s lead vocalist Andy Brown went back to the Philippines and held a one-night acoustic session at SM Skydome in SM City North EDSA last Saturday, March 30, 2019. It was back in 2015 when the pop-rock singer came here and performed together with Lawson. Andy Brown started his solo career in 2017 but before that, Lawson already bagged 7 top 20 UK singles. Their debut album Chapman Square also went multi-platinum across the globe.

Andy Brown returned to Manila for a solo concert where he sang hits from his latest album Cedarmont. Fans sang along to Andy Brown’s newest hits such as “Talk of the Town” and “Lay with Me.” Naturally, he didn’t want his fans to miss Lawson’s greatest hits. He also performed the British pop-rock band’s famous songs including “Standing in the Dark,” “Learn to Love Again,” “Where My Love Goes,” “Juliet,” “When She was Mine,” “Brokenhearted,” and “Waterfall.”

In the middle of his performance, the pop-rock singer and guitarist told his Filipino fans how grateful he was for their love and support. According to him, Manila is one of his favorite concert venues as compared to the other countries he’d visited and performed in. As a form of gratitude, he made a promise to come back reunite with his fellow Lawson members next year in Manila.
