Following Ricci Rivero’s interview with Boy Abunda, TV host DJ JhaiHo reached out to Andrea Brillantes for her reaction. The “Drag You and Me” actress did not hold back and countered the statements made by her ex-boyfriend regarding their breakup.

According to Andrea, Ricci left out a significant detail about the reason for their split. The Marites University host spilled the tea on their online show, after exchanging messages with her which read:
DJ Jhaiho: “Blythe, what’s true? I wanna know kung tama ba ang mga chika ni Ricci [Rivero] sa kanyang mga interview.”
Andrea: “LOL! Nakalimutan niya yatang sabihin na hubad kong nadatnan iyung girl. Hubad sa kuwarto niya. Tulog siya, ‘di niya raw alam ang nangyari. Lasing sila, hindi niya minention. Madami siyang hindi minention.”
Despite asking about the identity of the girl, DJ JhaiHo said that Brillantes refused to name her. “Feeling ko hindi na para pag-usapan ni Blythe. Hindi naman na niya sa akin sinagot. I will give it to her. Baka hanggang doon lang ‘yung gusto niya i-announce, eh feeling ko naman meron siyang idea na pwede ko ‘tong i-kwento sa programa,” the host noted.

Andrea Brillantes and Ricci Rivero became a couple in April 2022, when the basketball player publicly asked Andrea to be his girlfriend. On June 9, Rivero confirmed their breakup through a Tweet.
In a recent episode of the talk show, “Magandang Buhay,” Andrea admitted that she’s grieving her breakup but chooses to stay positive. Rivero, on the other hand, stressed during his “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” guesting that the cause of their breakup was the viral cheating speculation which he claims is untrue.
