Marcelito Pomoy made the Philippines proud after he placed third runner-up in America’s Got Talent: The Champions during the finale last Tuesday, February 18. Now, he’s all set to take America by storm with a concert tour scheduled later this year!
The global singing sensation revealed on a Facebook post today that he will be traveling around the US from June to August to blow everyone away with his signature dual-voiced singing style. He will be touring with musical director and pianist Joel Sebag.
“WOW!!! Super thank you…. I just couldn’t believe that this is all happening now.. Up until now I feel like I am in Cloud-9,” Marcelito wrote on his post. “Thank you dear Lord Jesus Christ for everything that you have done for me… See you all in USA very soon.”
His tour dates for “The Voices of Marcelito” are as follows:
- June 27: Tampa, Florida
- June 28: Miami, Florida
- July 3: Bentonville, Arkansas
- July 10: Memphis, Tennessee
- July 11: Biloxi, Mississippi
- July 17: San Diego, California
- July 18: Los Angeles, California
- July 19: Cabazon, California
- July 25: San Francisco, California
- July 26: Seattle, Washington
- July 31: Las Vegas, Nevada
- August 1: New York City, New York
- August 2: Washington, D.C.
Marcelito noted that ticket prices, venues, and other details will be shared soon.

During his final performance on AGT, Marcelito sang a rendition of Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson’s version of “Beauty and the Beast.”
Heidi Klum, one of the judges, told him: “Marcelito, I love you so much. You have the most beautiful voice — I should actually say the most beautiful voices inside of you. You are a champion. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with all of us.”
Dance crew V. Unbeatable emerged as the champion of the competition.
Marcelito previously won the 2011 edition of Pilipinas Got Talent.
