The Ateneo Med Dance Group (AMDG) is the premier dance organization of Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health dedicated to pursuing excellence in both dance and production. In collaboration with external partners, it seeks ways to create an avenue for the application of dance in empowering members of the community who are challenged. For years, AMDG has formed a good partnership with The Heart at Play Foundation, which is an organization that helps special needs persons through dance movement therapy and artistry.
On May 12, AMDG will be having its annual Year-End Concert, which is a culminating event of the organization, celebrating its efforts and achievements. It will be a benefit concert for their partner, The Heart at Play. This year, the concert entitled AMDG Year-End Concert: TAO PO will be held at the Henry Lee Irwin Theatre in Ateneo de Manila University at 5:30 PM.
