Commotion ensues when a man was caught by the UST guards and personnel for allegedly stealing from students inside University of Sto. Tomas in Manila, a netizen “Iyo” writes. The man who was wearing a Yellow UST Growling Tiger t-shirt was said to target students who leave their bags in a nearby sight while they were rehearsing at the Quadri Park.
Iyo was glad that UST guards caught the thief before he could exit the school grounds and warns students to be wary of their belongings even if they are inside a gated guarded institution, theft would always be prevalent at times.
