It’s full steam ahead for the ASR (Ascott Star Rewards) Caravan 2025, one of the biggest annual events of The Ascott Limited Philippines, a globally recognized name in serviced residences and hospitality. This year’s ASR Caravan, titled “Horizons Express,” will take guests on a journey through Ascott’s properties across the country, featuring exclusive rates, exciting deals, and more. The two-day event happens on November 8 and 9, 2025, at GH Mall, Greenhills, San Juan City.
Every year, the ASR Caravan highlights Ascott Star Rewards (ASR), the brand’s loyalty membership program that rewards members with exclusive discounts and points for every stay they book. This year’s event also marks Ascott Philippines’ 25th anniversary celebrations and the continuation of its “Horizons” campaign, offering the perfect opportunity for guests to sign up as ASR members and enjoy year-round savings, welcome vouchers, and complimentary services.
Guests can expect special discounts on Ascott properties in Metro Manila, Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cebu, including soon-to-open destinations in other parts of the country. There will also be gift vouchers available for rooms, dining, and events starting at ₱2,500—perfect for getaways, staycations, or thoughtful gifts this holiday season.
Each Ascott property will be represented by a carriage as part of the “Horizons Express” train, with its own activities and offers for guests. Attendees can explore the venue alongside Cubby, the ultimate Ascott travel buddy, and enjoy Cafe Cubby, a coffee station, and the Cubby Claw Machine featuring prizes from Ascott’s partner brands.

The ASR Caravan 2025 will also kick off Ascott’s holiday celebrations with a Christmas Tree lighting ceremony on November 8, joined by Ascott executives, employees, partners, and media guests. The tree will be decorated with limited-edition 25th-anniversary Cubby plushies, each symbolizing a donation to SOS Children’s Villages Philippines, a nonprofit organization that has provided care for children in need since 1967. Guests can purchase their own Cubby plushie to hang on the tree, with Ascott matching each purchase with a plushie donation.
The festivities will culminate on November 9 with a special live performance by international artist Greyson Chance, known for his hits “Good as Gold” and “Waiting Outside the Lines.” Fifty lucky attendees will also enjoy an exclusive meet-and-greet with the singer-songwriter.
