Since the last time that AJ Raval admitted to the public that she and fellow actor Aljur Abrenica were in the dating/courtship stage in their relationship, the two have not been seen together in public or have spoken about each other online. But it seems that the romance is still growing between the two after they were spotted going on vacation together on Valentine’s Day!
In a Facebook post by Haiyan Hotel and Resort in Tanauan, Leyte on February 14, Monday, AJ and Aljur were photographed smiling by the hotel signage as well as a decorated wall filled with hearts and flowers.
“Cheers to Aljur Abrenica and Aj Raval! [We thank] the two celebrities for the visit here [at] Haiyan Hotel and Resort,” the post read.
The couple have previously been the subject of criticism as many netizens initially alleged that AJ was the reason behind Aljur’s split with wife Kylie Padilla, which was denied by the “Encantadia” star. Aljur then published a “breaking silence” post on Facebook defending himself from all the hate he’s been receiving while also calling out Kylie for allegedly cheating on him too during their marriage. Aljur, however, received even more criticism for his post. AJ also received similar scorn from the public because of her sharing the post and later issued an apology on TikTok before wiping her social media accounts clean.
Kylie has since revealed that all is well between her and Aljur after the fiasco. Their two children, Axl Romeo at Alas Joaquin, are currently staying with her.
