We really don’t understand why anyone would ever hurt innocent creature. Again, allow us to reiterate, if you can’t love or help them… PLEASE PLEASE just respect them. This is no way to treat ANY living creature.

We had just entered the Cavite checkpoint and were surprised at what was being done to the dog. This video was taken midway, they did that around 10 times prior to the video. After we stopped the video, they continue to do it several more times while holding the dog by his neck. “
According to Ace, the vehicle with plate number DGC 845 belongs to a Cristina L. (as we are not yet sure if she is behind the wheel, we will respect her privacy) from Kawit, Cavite.
