We, the Alumni of Don Bosco Mandaluyong High School Batch ’79 whose thrust and commitment to raise awareness for the underprivileged communities needing assistance thus raising funds for humanitarian advocacies. One of which is to offer help to our less fortunate brothers and sisters who were victims of Ondoy and has been relocated to a site called DB Calauan in Laguna, under the pastoral ministry of Don Bosco Salesian Priests and advocates.
Our commitment to the cause is long term, raising funds to augment self-sustaining livelihood projects like mushroom growing, hydroponics and aquaponics to name a few. Providing these livelihood projects to the DB Calauan community ensures them of long term sustainability to earn a living, uplift their living conditions and thus make them a model for other communities to be self-reliant.
