A Projected Vision: A Student Film Competition

Tired of the same old movie and chill experience? Worry no more! Start the year differently with A Projected Vision: A Film Competition presented by the UP Broadcasting Association!

In this student film competition that aims to spark creativity among the youth in producing socially relevant short films, discover untold stories that amplify calls regarding existing issues in our country, true stories that need to be heard.

APV Main Pub

For this year, APV shall screen films regarding inequalities in education especially during this pandemic where we have been forced to undergo distance learning which has proven itself to be ineffective. A Projected Vision calls for the safe re-opening of classes now that we are on course to have distance learning once again this coming semester.

Watch the short films on the youtube channel of UP Broad Ass starting January 3 until January 15, 2021. With a two day webinar and workshop event, catch them live on Facebook on January 8, 2021 for a talk on the Status of the Philippine Education System: Addressing Educational Inequalities. A workshop will also be given by esteemed directors and professionals in the film industry on January 9, 2021 (exclusive to the film finalists).
