A New Star Trek Series is Coming to TV this Year—Watch the Trailer here!

The Vulcans and Klingons return as Star Trek once again graces our television sets after it first premiered 50 years ago. This time as Star Trek: Discovery.

The big comeback was announced in 2016, but this month at the San Diego Comic Con, the first trailer for the new series was finally unveiled much to many fans’ delight.

The trailer begins with these lines: “All life is born from chaos. The world doesn’t always adhere to logic. Sometimes down is up. And sometimes when you’re lost, you’re found.”

Star Trek: Discovery, according to the site’s Wikipedia page, will be “set roughly ten years before the events of Star Trek: The Original Series.” And that “The show sees the Klingon T’Kuvma look to unite the 24 great Klingon houses, leading to a cold war between his race and the United Federation of Planets that involves the crew of the USS Discovery.
