A Look Back at JCI Manila’s Bike-Kada Project

JCI Manila supports the frontliners through Project Bike-Kada.

With the community quarantine restrictions in place, many essential staff of PGH are forced to walk or ride crowded public transportation modes to get to work.

Through Project Bike-Kada, thirty (30) healthcare volunteers and essential staff of PGH received their own foldable bikes, helmets and reflectorized vests. In addition, PGH received sixty (60) spare tires and ten (10) air pumps to ensure biking safety and convenience of their staff.

Project Bike-Kada’s beneficiaries can now bike to work – a safer, healthier, and more efficient commute.
