Stores Specialists, Inc. has opened the first concept store of another luxury brand in Greenbelt 5, the Italian premium bags and accessories brand, Furla.
Philippines’ is truly becoming a “fashion forward” country! With the opening of one of the trusted brands when it comes to bags, shoes and accessories, Italian brand Furla is ready to be flocked by fashion enthusiasts of the metro! Inspired with the fusion of 18th century Villa, from Furla’s headquarters in bologna, and contemporary design, the new store holds wide range of leather goods.
Giovanna Furlanetto, President of Furla, says: “This boutique is among the first ones in the world showing the new concept store of the brand, first launched in Asia Pacific in last August, thus confirming its international vocation and in line with the ambitious and significant developing plan of the company abroad.”
On the day of the opening, Furla presented its Spring/Summer 2013 collection through a small fashion show. Here are some of the photos from the runway.
For the Spring Summer 2013, light is the source of inspiration of Furla’s new collection. Alternations of light and shade, shot in the carvings and piercings of the leather, in the three dimensional printings, in the black and white contrasts.
While meadows, leaves, hills, at the zenith time, inspire a dazzling palette in the infinite shades of green, emerald, olive and lime. Softer nuances, cipria, marble and vanilla, evoke the petals of the flowers in their brightest splendor. And when the light reflects on the sea bright tones and transparent PVC, like in the Candy Bag, they catch its constant movement. At its highest intensity, the light transforms everything and as in an overexposed and hyper-realistic picture, colours become fraught, papaya, turquoise, ocean, juice and lime on a white background for a season full of life and energy.
Furla’s main aesthetic is expressed through how they present the world-class Italian craftsmanship, their creativity, quality and elegance. The uniqueness and simplicity, femininity and modernity that is well blended and balanced on their products.
