53rd Young Hoteliers’ Exposition

 

 

The Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE) is a trimestral, school-wide event that gives opportunities for future hoteliers and restaurateurs to showcase their talents, skills and creativity in culinary arts, hospitality and the travel and tourism industry. The event is done by a series of events that sharpen the saw of every future hoteliers through solidarity-centered competitions.

 

De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde’s School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management will be celebrating its 53^rd Young Hoteliers’ Exposition this coming November 7, 8 and 9, 2018 at Angelo King International Center.

 

In line with this term’s theme, “Dia de los Muertos,” we would like our audience to join our celebration that will leave you in awe. There will be a series of competitions and seminars during the whole YHE week. These events aren’t only for the participants to experience first-hand, but also for the audience to experience the celebration of life Dia De Los Muertos has to offer

 

 

This term’s YHE week aims to go triumphantly as the students compete for success through the competitions made for them. This will surely awaken the souls of every student in the SHRIM community.
