It is said that in the 1870s a Parisian pastry maker was inspired by the Christmas ritual of burning decorated logs wherein the ashes were used for medical benefits. Belmont Hotel Manila has designed a decadent log cake that is sinfully rich. Imagine chocolate roulade enveloped in chocolate diplomat cream with choco bits and cocoa nibs. Signature Pralines by Belmont
