While John Lloyd Cruz’s sudden “indefinite leave” has worried many fans, don’t fret: Toni Gonzaga is confident that John Lloyd will be back.
Although there is no word yet on when the award-winning actor decides to return to showbiz, Toni, who plays his wife Julie on the sitcom “Home Sweetie Home” believes that Lloydie won’t leave his current projects hanging, according to a report from ABS-CBN News.
Toni said:
“It’s his show. When he is ready, when he has settled all personal matters that need to be taken care of, eventually [he’ll be back].”
While John Lloyd is gone at the moment, Toni headlines the sitcom with other co-stars, along with new cast members such as Ai-Ai delas Alas, Rufa Mae Quinto, and Piolo Pascual.
Whatever the case, here’s hoping we see Lloydie on the screen again!
