A 2-week-old baby boy from Bataan is one of the youngest patients to test positive for the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), local officials said.

The probable cause of how the baby contracted the virus is not yet known, according to the provincial health office (PHO).
Bataan already has 80 COVID-19 patients as of Saturday morning.
Among the confirmed cases, 42 are doctors, nurses, and nursing attendants.
Meanwhile, 15 of the patients have already recovered and are doing their 14-day post-discharge quarantine, according to the PHO.
