13 year old Mudjur Clemente, HS student in the morning and part-time snack vendor along Mendiola at night was doing his usual rounds selling some snacks to law students. He asks them to buy so that he will have allowance for school.
When the students decline his usual offer he asks them if they would like to hear him recite the Preamble. He says he also knows National Territory, Declaration of State Policies, Civil Code Article of 1920 and so on.
Mudjur says that he memorized these because he had a deal with other law students that if he recites, they will buy snacks from him. In one case, he even got tickets to go to Enchanted Kingdom.
Mudjur is currently studying in Jose Abad Santos High School and he is planning to take up Law someday.
We applaud his efforts in pursuing his dream.
