The Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE) is a trimestral, school-wide event that gives opportunities for future hoteliers and restaurateurs to showcase their skills, potentials and creativity in culinary arts, hospitality and the travel and tourism industry. The event is done by series of events that sharpen the saw of every future hotelier through solidarity-centered competitions.
The School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management (SHRIM) of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde will partner with Worldbex Services International for the country’s most premier food and beverage event, the Manila Food and Beverage Exposition (MAFBEX) coming this June 13 to 17, 2018 at the World Trade Center. In line with this exposition’s theme, “Victorian,” we would like our audience to feel the elegance and the sophistication during this grand event. Series of competitions and seminars are made for everyone in the hospitality field to enjoy. Also, different companies will showcase their brand and products to the attendees.
This year’s MAFBEX aims to be the grandest and most elegant exposition where different schools will battle for various competition to prove worthy of their titles. Indeed, this will be a friendly competition between students from different institutions. Make sure to not miss this festive event as there will be an explosion of flavors all throughout the event.
