49th Young Hoteliers’ Exposition: Hollywood

The School of Hotel Restaurant and Institution Management of De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde will be celebrating its 49th Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE) this coming June 14-18, 2017 at the World Trade Center: Tent for the 11th MANILA FOOD AND BEVERAGES EXPOSITION (MAFBEX).
The Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE) is a trimestral, school-wide event that gives opportunities for future hoteliers and restaurateurs to showcase their talents, skills, and creativity in culinary arts, hospitality and the travel and tourism industry. This is done through numerous activities that allow students to engage in friendly competitions. It is also a great opportunity for the students to be acquainted with companies and their premium quality products.
HOLLYFOOD – THE ULTIMATE FOOD ADVENTURE
In line with the theme this year, Hollyfood, we would like to honor your food and beverage cravings as it tingles your imagination with comedy, drama, action, romance, adventure, horror, sci-fi and other known genres. Come join us as we venture Hollyfood as it guarantees to make the food delectable as we incorporate it with the different genres that the world of Hollyfoodit brings!
This event aims to showcase the various Hollywood genres and this would be shown through the series of events and seminars during the whole duration of YHE Week. As we are expecting 3,500 audience and participants for the whole duration of our event, this will definitely raise new friendships, entertain a lot of individuals, develop new skills and experiences, encourage teamwork and challenge the creativity and talents of our students and its dear audience. This event will invite, inspire and bring out any hidden talent from within!
