5. Pork Belly

There are no words for the pork belly. It towers high on my list of things to come back for as an omnivore. However, in keeping with the British way, the owner of the restaurant made sure that there are still a variety of options available. In fact, almost half of the items in the menu are friendly for vegetarian people.

 

4. Fish and Chips

Of course, British food trips can’t be complete without the standard fish and chips. You’d be surprised at how heavy on the tummy this can be even without the usual rice that we Filipinos are used to.

3. Grilled Burger

The grilled burger is both a giant delicacy and a piece of art. It stands on its own among all the other sumptuous offerings that this restaurant has for its customers.

2. Special Desserts

The Eton mess, a meringue-based dessert, chocolate lava, and creme brulee top the list of available desserts and they’re designed to enchant everyone’s tastebuds.

1. The Spectacular View

Having a full tummy is not enough, apparently. There is this really nice overlooking view where you can happily take pictures, as well.

It was also a treat to find that the restaurant accepts reservations for special events inclusive of an unlimited buffet. Our dinner ended with a bang as we managed to witness a free fireworks display straight from their dreamy viewing deck.

With or without fireworks, the gastronomic delights presented by Chef Demar in his brick and mortar brainchild are really a force to be reckoned with.
