5. Pinoy Slang Session
Teach them to say “E di wow!” and how to use it in the proper context.
4. Dinner “Dampa”-Style
We can teach them how to go to the palengke (market) and buy fresh seafood. Then, ask the seafood to be cooked according to how we want it to be cooked.
If they can be persuaded to just use their bare hands when eating then that would be cool.
3. AlDub Party
Because this love team has gone epic proportions. They are even know in the international community.
Don’t forget to have the APEC delegates do the “Pabebe wave” and then take a selfie while doing it.
2. Videoke Party
Best when you do this merry-making with a bottle of iced-cold beer. If the delegates are concerned with their singing voices, interest them with a glass of hot salabat.
1. Eat-all-you-can Street Food Dinner
Of course, what is more Pinoy that eating and more eating?
It’s eating street food like isaw, kwek-kwek, one-day old, banana cue, fish balls, squid balls, dirty ice cream, and balut.
Also, pairings are not only for fine dining meals. Pinoys have our own strange food pairings that they can try out and might work for their exquisite palate.
If it were you, how would you entertain the APEC delegates? What activities will you do with them? Where will you bring them?
