Since Vikings Luxury-Buffet Restaurant opened at the Seaside Boulevard at the Mall of Asia complex, it has become one of the top-of-mind contenders in the buffet chain arena. It’s no easy feat serving 200 international dishes daily and providing good service, but after launching several branches in many parts of the metro, not to mention Vikings Niu and Four Seasons Hotpot City, the buffet chain has proven they’re top-of-mind for good reason.
Vikings Venue, which they just officially launched, lets you have the same gluttony-satisfying Vikings experience – only this time, you get a function room of your own for a more private celebration with family and friends.
Just a few steps away from Vikings, Vikings Venue has five function rooms that can accommodate from 50 to 150 people for weddings, debuts or any occasion. Rooms may even be adjoined to accommodate larger groups.
The use of the function rooms is free, including the use of the sound system and projector, but you do have to meet the minimum capacity and book in advance two weeks ahead at least. These rooms are expected to get booked quickly, considering how many customers come in big groups and occupy half or the entire space of Vikings to celebrate special occasions.
“It’s a wish come true for all our patrons because it’s really for them,” says Raquel Bartolome, marketing manager of Vikings. “We have witnessed a lot of proposals, weddings, debuts in other Vikings branches, so this is really for them. And you don’t have to pay for extra to book this room. All you have to pay is the regular rate of buffet. You just need to meet the minimum quantity of the room. Of course, first come, first served basis. Then you can [even] dress up the room.”
Weekday buffet rates are P688+ for lunch and P888+ for dinner. Weekend and holiday lunch and dinner are both priced at P1,088+ per person.
New Vikings branches are also set to open this year in Cebu, Pampanga, Dasmariñas and Cabanatuan.
