‘Wreck-It Ralph 2’ Is Reuniting All The Disney Princesses And It’s Going To Be So Epic!

Disney Animation’s Wreck-It Ralph was a sweet (pun intended) surprise when it premiered in 2012. The video game theme of the film was a visually stunning example of why Disney remains at the top of the game. Plus, all the gaming references were honestly oh-so clever–which is probably part of what made it such an enjoyable film.

It seems that this trend of cameos, inside jokes, and hidden references will continue on in the sequel of Wreck-It Ralph.

At the D23 Expo where details of upcoming Disney films are announced, it seems that Wreck-It Ralph 2 will be the most meta Disney film yet–and Disney fans are going to rejoice!

The sequel, which is going to be called Ralph Breaks The Internet, follows Ralph as he ventures into the internet to save Vanellope’s broken game. He then meets a trendy algorithm named Yesss (voiced by Taraji P. Henson) who takes them on a tour around the internet.

In a footage that was apparently released in the expo, Vanellope and Ralph are transported into OhMyDisney.com–the official fansite of Disney itself!

Crazily meta, amirite?!

Vanellope then walks into a dressing room full of Disney Princesses–from Snow White to Elsa to Moana! And they’re all not what we think. In Vanellope’s words, they’re “just as messed up as the rest of us.”

C-3PO also makes an appearance in the clip, apparently being teased by the princesses, calling him R2-D2 and BB-8.

If all these cameos can’t get a Disney fan excited, then I don’t know what will! Some even report that the King of Cameos, Stan Lee, will also be there!

WILD!

Now I’m definitely pumped up for Ralph Breaks The Internet. It’s set to premiere on November 21, 2018, so it’s not yet too late to prep your favorite Disney costumes!
