Don’t lie: it’s been on your New Year resolution list at least once. We see those new planners and notebooks and think, “This is my year! I’ll totally be organized and on top of my things this time!” And then the latest season of your favorite television show airs, or the latest movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe drops, and you’re like, “Eh… maybe I’ll be organized later.”

I have two courses, so I know what it feels like to want to procrastinate more than anyone else. On one hand, I have a Biology exam I need to study for; on the other hand, I have to revise a short story for my Creative Writing class—this stark difference between requirements is enough to make me want to disappear into the void and re-watch a television show I’ve already watched three times over.

But then the deadlines approach and I’m suddenly panicking—and then I’m suddenly cramming, cursing myself for being so lazy.

I’ve tried a lot of things to get my life on track. I’ve tried planning, and I’ve tried bullet journalling. And while they’ve both helped me in some ways, I always (always!) stop keeping up with them when I get too busy. What happens then? I suddenly don’t have a concept of what to do next or when my next deadline is. It gets overwhelming when you find yourself so underprepared—but it doesn’t have to be that way anymore!

Work in Progress launched their second product, their Productivity Memopad, last March 2018, and this product has helped me keep track of everything I need to do in a day!

I usually write my to-do lists down myself, but it can get a little hectic when I look at them and have no idea what to do first! With the Productivity Memopad, you can jot down what needs your immediate attention (do you have an interview you really need to prepare for? Or an exam you haven’t studied for yet?), and what you can push aside for a little while. This will help you focus on what you need to focus on and stop worrying about the little things!

Work in Progress even helps you determine which tasks are primary tasks and which ones aren’t—just look at their FB or IG page!

What I really like about these memopads, though, is how you can stick them anywhere: on your corkboard, on your fridge, or, in my case, my bullet journal! When things start getting busy, I don’t have to worry about decorating my bullet journal spreads—I can just stick this memopad on and I’m good to go! These cute memopads don’t even look out of place because they’re absolutely adorable!

Being your best organized self doesn’t have to be an unattainable goal! No need to wait for another new year; start your journey to productivity right now!
