I. Eligibility & Promo Mechanics

1. This promotion is open to all Flytpack customers.
2. Promo period is from February 7, 2018 – April 15, 2017.
3. Customer will get a chance to win Flytpack’s Grand Summer Getaway 2018 raffle promo upon
   booking and pushing through the purchase on Flytpack.
4. Promo is available on Flytpack website and walk-ins at our office in:
   a. BGC Office (Unit 703, 20th Drive Corporate Center (Jecoprime) 20th Drive, McKinley
   Business Park, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila)
   b. Cebu City Office (Unit 10E Avenir Building, Archbishop Avenue, Cebu City, Cebu)
5. Customers with one successful transaction is equivalent to one (1) e-raffle entry.
6. There would only be one (1) winner.
7. Deadline of submission of entries is on April 15, 2018 11:59:59 pm.

II. Prize with our official partners
There will be 1 winner:

III. Mechanics of the Raffle Draw

1. The winners will be selected randomly on April 16, 2018, 5pm at Flytpack’s main office at 703,
   20th Drive Corporate Center, 20th Ave, Bonifacio Global City.
2. The raffle will be done electronically with the supervision of a DTI representative.
3. Announcement of winner will be on April 20, 2018 6pm at Flytpack’s Facebook page.
4. The winner will be informed through phone call and registered mail and will be announced via
   Flytpack’s official social media account (Facebook) on April 20, 2018.
5. Employees of Flytpack, AirAsia Philippines, ZEN Rooms, SHROFF International Travel Care Inc.
   and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in
   this promo.

 

IV. How to Join Promo

Option 1:

2. Select your travel dates (departure and arrival), country of destination, quantity of
   router needed
3. Select shipping information.
4. Enter your other particulars (Name, Mobile Number and Email Address).
5. Enter your payment information.
6. Review and confirm the Terms and Condition.
7. In the payment section, click proceed.
8. Settle the payment through Manual Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Cash

Option 2:

1. Walk-in to BGC Office (Unit 703, 20th Drive Corporate Center (Jecoprime) 20th Drive,
   McKinley Business Park, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila) Or Cebu City Office
   (Unit 10E Avenir Building, Archbishop Avenue, Cebu City, Cebu)
2. Fill up Manual booking form
   a. Indicate your travel dates (departure and arrival), country of destination,
   quantity of router needed
   b. Indicate shipping information.
   c. Indicate your other particulars (Name, Mobile Number and Email Address).
   d. Indicate your payment information.
3.  Review and confirm the Terms and Condition.
4. Settle the payment through Manual Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Cash

 

V. Terms and Conditions

1. By joining this promo, the customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to
   the promo mechanics, including but not limited to its terms and conditions.
2. Cancelled & invalid orders will automatically be disqualified from the raffle draw.
3. The winner must claim the prize within sixty (60) days upon receipt of the registered mail. If the
   winner fails to claim the prize within the redemption period, the winner forfeits his/her claim to
   the prize with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
4. Redemption of prize is valid for 6 months upon claiming by winner.
5. Redemption of prizes will be subject to the Terms of Conditions of the airline, travel tour and
   accommodation sponsor.
6. Winner must present at least two (2) original valid government issued ID’s and a notification
   letter.
7. Prize will be redeemed at 703, 20th Drive Corporate Center, 20th Ave, Bonifacio Global City or at
   Unit 10E Avenir Building, Archbishop Avenue, Cebu City, Cebu.
8. In case a winner’s representative claims the prize, an original authorization letter executed by
   the winner must be presented together with the winner’s and representative’s valid proof of
   identification and notification letter. The winner’s signature in the ID and the authorization letter
   presented must be the same. The authorization letter must state the full name of the
   representative claiming the prize on the winner’s behalf.
9. By joining the raffle promo, winner agrees to participate in public marketing campaigns.

VI. Other Terms and Conditions:

1. Rental fees are based on published rates on Flytpack’s website at the time of booking.
2. Cross-country packages for multiple destinations are eligible for this promotion but will enter only
   (1) e-raffle entry upon availment.
3. Flytpack’s travel pocket Wi-Fi is not for sale, non-convertible to cash, non-transferrable, non-refundable.
4. Customer shall be liable for late returns, damages and loss of the device and its accessories.
5. All terms and conditions of Flytpack apply.
