What to do during the rainy season? Find good food to comfort the soul of course! Luckily for us, The Entrepreneur Lab – the same people who brought us the wildly successful Midyear Fair bazaar series – has come up big yet again. This time, they have organized the August Food Festival from Aug. 12-14, 2016. This three-day food festival will bring together over 40 food brands from all over the Metro in one huge gastronomic experience at the UP Town Center in Katipunan.
Burgers, burritos, coffee, lemonade, Cebu lechon, French toast, the list goes on and on and on. There’s gonna be something there for everyone. They are even including some non-food booths to keep things interesting and the shopping going. Of course if you’re gonna have good food, you better have good music too. Thankfully for us, these are all taken care of with acoustic performances from local young artists that will surely make your day.
The team has told us that they want this festival to become a yearly event, and that this initial incarnation is meant to determine if there is indeed a market for a food festival as large as this. I don’t know about you guys, but we love the idea! You should all go too, so we can all enjoy this food spectacle every year!
