Another trailer for the new The Mummy movie is out.
It shows in this reboot how Tom Cruise totally ditches the playful antics of Brendan Fraser and goes for more creepy vibes. The reboot has a more serious tone. Hence, it is a horror flick about an ancient monster rampaging across the world.
The movie is slated for a June release.

On this trailer, you will see Nick Morton (Tom Cruise) discover the mummy’s tomb while he tries to run away from enemy gunfire. Later on, he and Jenny (Annabelle Willis) find out about Ahmanet (Sofia Boutella), a woman who was set to become Egypt’s new queen until her thirst for power led to her downfall.
Apparently, Nick is the key to her salvation.
