Now that’s taking racing to a whole new level.
The Fast and The Furious film franchise has set the bar for car racing in movies since its first release in 2001. The franchise’s incredible stunts and amazing visuals, not to mention the on-screen chemistry (and real-life solid friendship) of the film’s cast have sealed its fate to become Universal Picture’s most successful franchise of all time. The Fast and The Furious have, so far, seven installments all in all, with the eighth one coming in April 2017–The Fate of the Furious.
The Fate of the Furious, aka Fast 8, brings back the franchise’s beloved characters, with the addition of Charlize Theron as the installment’s antagonist. In the new trailer released, it can be seen that Theron has managed to break the ‘family’, which leads to intense and even more exciting car action scenes.
The film takes it up a notch as well, filming a part of the movie in–wait for it–Iceland.
