WATCH: “My Ex and Whys” As A K-Drama Actually Looks Good!

With the Korean fever taking over the world, we’ve had lots of our own Pinoy productions getting their own K-Drama makeovers. These famous Pinoy shows that had a K-Drama version on the internet include the long-running primetime show Ang Probinsyano.

Recently, we found another Pinoy-show-turned-Korean-drama video online. It actually looks good!

This “Koreanized” version of the LizQuen film My Ex and Whys was edited (beautifully) by Christian Frando. Check it out below:

This version of the hit romantic-comedy featured the theme song of the famous K-Drama Goblin, and some of the recognizable tropes and editing characteristics of K-Dramas.

While other “Koreanized” Pinoy shows were really funny, this one actually looks like it was meant to be. My Ex and Whys definitely looked like a K-Drama I’d want to watch.

Maybe it was Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil looking just as good as K-Drama stars, or their chemistry that deserves to be seen in K-Dramas. Whatever the reason was, this version of My Ex and Whys really looks fantastic.

Well, with Liza’s already growing international fanbase, maybe we’ll see her in an actual K-Drama someday!
