Last month, Miss USA Olivia Jordan was in the Philippines to judge the Binibining Pilipinas pageant in Manila. She was one of the judges because she graciously accepted her defeat at the 2015 Miss Universe pageant, where Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach took home the crown. Jordan posted on Facebook: “I have no doubt Pia Wurtzbach will represent us all with class and grace and be absolutely incredible this year and beyond. So for all 79 contestants that I’m sure other big things are in store for, I look forward to seeing what our futures will hold.”
After her judging stint, Jordan went around Manila and was warmly welcomed, saying, “Everyone has been so nice here, it’s really incredible. Since Pia won Miss Universe, I had so much support myself, it’s just an honor to be welcomed into this country.”
Now, she went out of town to visit Taal Volcano, and posted her adventure on Instagram. On the Miss USA Instagram page, she said, “Because I just can’t get enough of my trip to the Philippines. I got to do some exploring and here’s what came of it!”
