Action fans fell in love with Matt Damon when he starred in the Bourne series: The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, and The Bourne Ultimatum. They felt sad when they realized he won’t be back for The Bourne Legacy, but Damon will return this year for the fifth installment Jason Bourne.
Bourne is set after Legacy, where the titular star returns to a world faced with instability. Damon will return with Julia Stiles, and they will be joined by Alicia Vikander, Tommy Lee Jones and Vincent Cassel. Paul Greengrass will direct, who also directed Supremacy and Ultimatum.
Jason Bourne will premiere July 2016.
