WAKANDA FOREVER!!!
‘Black Panther’ has become such a big part of my life, my friends and I have actually come up with a ‘greeting’ where we incorporate the Wakanda salute. :p Whether you are as obsessed with ‘Black Panther’ as my friends and I are or are simply a casual Marvel fan, this story is sure to still touch your heart in some way.

Angela Bassett, who plays the Queen Mother of Wakanda in ‘Black Panther’, recently watched ‘Once on This Island’ on Broadway, in which Lea Salonga is currently starring. When she decided to go backstage, she was able to meet our beloved superstar along with her daughter Nicole Chien.
As it turns out, Nicole is a huge Black Panther fan and did what any real Black Panther fan would do, really: she bowed down to her and did the Wakanda salute! Too adorable. Watch the memorable encounter here:
Angela seems to have loved the gesture as she gave Nicole a huge and even kissed her on the forehead. Wakanda forever indeed!
