KZ Tandingan swaggered across the stage like she owned it.
The 25-year-old singer and songwriter wowed everyone with her powerful vocals, on-point Tagalog rap, and stunning delivery of Adele’s hit “Rolling in the Deep” in China’s biggest singing competition, ‘Singer 2018.’
Tandingan’s jazzy rendition of the song captured the studio audiences’ attention, which rewarded her the first spot in the competition, beating the British pop star Jessie J who was the crowd’s favorite for three episodes.
