When it comes to breaking world records, the Philippines is no stranger. In fact, the AlDub was recognized by the Guinness World as the most used hashtag in 2014. Now, it’s the Kidapawan City‘s turn in attempting to break the Guinness World record for the biggest cha-cha dance show, a source from Kidapawan reported.
According to Kidapawan Facebook page, more than 14,000 people joined the cha-cha show last August 30, 2016. They all gathered in the streets of the capital city of Cotabato province in an attempt to set the record. Moreover, the 14,000 participants did a five-minute dance show led by the city officials, Mayor Joseph Evangelista and Cotabato Governor Lala Mendoza.
