Traffic jam has been are problem in Metro Manila since I can remember.
If it rains even just a little, there’s a traffic jam. If there’s an accident even if it’s just a minor one, traffic begins to build up. If there’s a mall, then it goes without saying that expect a traffic jam.
Actually, virtually any time of the day is rush hour. I experienced driving along C5 before at 2 AM and still got stuck in traffic.
Moreover, to go somewhere that is ideally 15 minutes away from your house requires you to leave 1-2 hours just not to be late. That’s how bad it is at times.
To help address this, veteran motoring journalist James Deakin posted a video about a tip that can help solve traffic problems within 100 days, which is the new administration’s promise.
