Tokyo is the largest city in the world. And, arguably, perhaps one of the world’s most beautiful cities, too. And with such a rich and deep culture as Japan’s, it is no question why so many become enthralled to life in Tokyo. The eccentricities of the Japan capital, the neon lights, the high-rise buildings, the “systematic chaos,” and the amazing, amazing food above all, are well proofs enough as to why Tokyo is well-loved by many people all over the world.
Film maker Christoph Gelep captures this life in his travel video. He writes:
This video was shot over a 5 day trip to Tokyo in January 2016.
It was my first time visiting Japan, a place I had always wanted to see. With a population of 35 million, Tokyo is the largest metropolitan area in the world. Due to this, I soon realised how lively and energetic this city really is.
I decided to take my camera and explore this fascinating city so rich in culture, tradition and innovation.
