I don’t know about you, but I love looking for and listening to covers of my favorite songs on the Internet.

I do this partly because there are some songs out there that I believe would sound better when sung in a different manner or by someone else, which is also the reason why I used to love watching American Idol back in the day.

Well, someone recently came up with a web channel in the Philippines called ‘Short Stories Manila’ that features different characters strung together with countless other stories – and their first ‘character’? Gabe Piolo, one of my favorite Filipino singers at the moment.

‘Short Stories Manila’ has produced a season-worth of song covers with Gabe of songs that he wishes he had written, and is open for collaborations. 🙂
