Stars are almost never visible in Manila because of air pollution and other environmental factors. As such, I always find myself in awe of the sky whenever I leave the city for quieter, less polluted places. Ashley Yee and his friends randomly drove out of the city recently specifically to chase down the Milky Way. Upon arriving at midnight, he shares that the sky was still too cloudy, but they didn’t lose hope. After staying for two more hours, here’s the beauty that they saw!
