I know Halloween is still far from now but there’s a scary video circulating online.
This is a screenshot of a scary CCTV uploaded by Philippines CCTV and Dash Cam Spotted Facebook page.
According to the caption, the CCTV apparently captured the stretchers moving alone in the provincial hospital of Rosario.
The video that has been viewed over a million times has gained mixed reactions from the Netizens. Some say there was a string that made the stretcher moved. While others shared their own paranormal experience.
