Kokology is coined from the Japanese word “kokoro” which means “the mind”. According to the book “Kokology” by Tadahiko Nagao and Isamu Saito, they are “a series of psychological games designed to uncover emotional and behavioral traits of the players. The game is an “interpretation of the hidden meanings of human behavior and situational responses.” Kokology is originally meant to be played as a group.
What are the rules of the game? Simple. Say the first thing that pops into your head, don’t try to predict the answers, and keep an open mind. Basically, just be honest with yourself. Kokology is meant for you to know yourself better.
