The name of my friend’s Tito is Doroteo Tenorio Casabuena. He is 53 years old, a bachelor, and suffering some form of dementia. His height is 5’9″ and he weighs just 50 kilos. He lives with his brother and his family. Last Sunday afternoon, he went missing. He was last seen wearing a white shirt at around 1:30 p.m. at the gate of his brother’s house in Violeta Village, Guiguinto Bulacan.
April’s cousin immediately followed him but was not able to catch up with Tito Doroteo. The family looked for him in the entire village but he had already gone somewhere else.
April’s family is frantic and worried sick. They have checked nearby police stations and have been looking everywhere.
We’re really worried. Baka mamaya po (huwag naman sana ), mapagtripan or what. (Translated: Someone might hurt or take advantage of him)
Tito Doroteo is very frail has been suffering some form of dementia since his 20s. He has lucid intervals and can speak well. “But most of the time, he will not respond to your questions,” says April. He can still recognize his family, though.
