On its 13th year, POV continues to gear towards the growth of Philippine cinema as it extends its call once more to all the movers of the industry. This 2017, Piling Obrang Vidyo celebrates the power of people’s narratives through moving images. As a medium that influences, moves, and informs its audience, the role of film in effecting social change is greater now more than ever.
POV 13 aims to highlight the capacity of the people’s story to engage spectators in the movement for social change and justice.
