               This October 8, UP Astronomical Society, co-presented by UBER and the College of Science Student Council, brings you InOMN 2016! Spend your night with us as we celebrate International Observe the Moon Night (InOMN) 2016 and listen to live performances of local bands and spoken word artists while enjoying viewing the moon through telescopes.
International Observe the Moon Night (InOMN) is an annual worldwide public event that encourages observation, appreciation, and understanding of our Moon and its connection to NASA planetary science and exploration.
               InOMN 2016 features performances from spoken word artists: Rod Marmol, Moe Baculanta, Carla Nicoyco, Patricia Ramos, Trisha O’Bannon, Danielle Nakpil. We will also feature performances from local bands and artists like Carl Naces, Jai, Choco Nery, Kevin Maloles and Ralph, Hug Us We’re Trees, Ivory Common, Kontra Gapi, Mindless Pop, Shirebound and Busking, Tard, and The Iridescence.
               InOMN 2016 will also have various concessionaires one can enjoy while listening to the performances. UP AstroSoc partnered with Mexed PH, Hungry Sneil, and Meating Point to bring foods and refreshering beverages to the attendees.
               InOMN 2016 will be held at the CS Amphitheare, UP Diliman on October 8, 5:00pm and will last until 12 midnight. Ticket price is Php 50.00. For tickets, please contact Jacob (+639478902615). See you there!
