UP ALCHEMES launches CEERS 2014

In preparation for the upcoming entrance examinations of various universities across Metro Manila, , including the University of the Philippines College Admission Test and Ateneo College Entrance Test, the University of the Philippines Academic League of Chemical Engineering Students (UP ALCHEMES) will initiate its College Entrance Exams Review Series (CEERS).  Now on its twelfth year, CEERS will be gathering graduating high school students from Ramon Magsaysay Cubao High School and St. Mary’s Academy of Sto. Niño, providing the students an affordable and comprehensive review program for four consecutive Saturdays starting July 12.
Geared towards giving quality service and promoting academic excellence, CEERS includes a Simulation Entrance Exam, which gives students an idea of the actual examination process. The review series also includes intensive discussions and diagnostic quizzes in Mathematics, Science, Reading Comprehension, Language Proficiency and Abstract Reasoning. A course orientation is also included in the series.
UP ALCHEMES is a duly recognized organization from the College of Engineering of the University of the Philippines – Diliman. It is a chemical engineering department-based organization committed to promote academic excellence, holistic development, and benevolent service through masterfully shaped activities for its members, the college and university, and the nation.
