When In Manila, the UP Fair is the most anticipated annual event in the UP Community. This year, the weeklong fair, which is on February 14 – 18, 2012, is hosted by the University Student Council together with Alpha Phi Omega, Students of Destiny, Adelfe Enu Crea Sorority, and JZone. It serves as a venue to raise awareness amongst the community, with the youth in particular, about issues of national significance. All funds raised go to beneficiaries such as dormitories and the nearby communities.
ReboKultura: Breaking the Silence, Revolutionizing Music – the UP Fair version of a weeklong demonstration of music to agitate our souls. Music is one form of art which expresses our culture, dreams and passions. The times today call for the shattering of all notions which depict art as a passive entity. More and more, should it take on a revolutionary, active role in the making of history.

On February 16, 2012, gear up and prepare to experience the most anticipated night of UP Fair as we bring you the 6th installment of the LoveRage concert series at the UP Diliman Sunken Garden at 6PM – 3AM, featuring today’s hottest and top local bands and artists like Pupil, Urbandub, Ebe Dancel of Sugarfree, Callalily, 6Cyclemind, Kwjan, Paraluman, Paramita, Moonstar88, De Lara, Tanya Markova, Gracenote, Ernville, Rox Puno, Typecast, Chicosci, Hilera, Giniling Festival and Kamote Club among others.
Through the night of local band music and wild surprises of LoveRage 6, the Iskolars ng Bayan and the youth will be able to witness music as a catalyst to influence culture, to provide an impetus for youth empowerment and social responsibility, and to have a glimpse of its revolutionary role in our history.
