Skincare has become my favorite way to destress after a long, tiring day at school or work. I’ve seen a lot of holy grail skincare products that I’ve really wanted to try; but as a broke college student, I obviously can’t afford most of them. Luckily, I found a homegrown brand that offers high quality and effective skincare products without breaking the bank!
Hello Gorgeous! by Skinline has a wide variety of skincare and makeup products that come in cute, dainty packaging. They started in 1998 as a day spa in Hagonoy, Bulacan and slowly ventured into repackaging and selling the products they used in their clinics, so that their customers could have the luxury of using the skincare products in the comfort of their homes.
So far, they have stores in SM North Edsa, SM Manila, SM Tuguegarao, and Greenhills; but they’ll be opening in U.P. Town Center, Ayala Vertis North, Ayala Feliz, SM City Pampanga, and SM Seaside City Cebu soon, too! For those of you who don’t have the time to shop on-ground, they also sell online! At present, they remain to be one of the successful homegrown skincare brands that cater to millennials.

Oatmeal Scrub (P300)
This Oatmeal Scrub can be used to moisturize any part of your body and is great for sensitive skin. The scent of the scrub is sweet and relaxing (though honestly, it will make you want to eat it, too!)
Purifying Facial Mask and Detox Facial Mask (P300)
They also have facial masks that you can easily put on and wash of once they dry! Their Facial Mask Detox has active charcoal that removes excess oil, minimizes pores, and, as the name suggests, detoxifies your skin by magnetizing your whiteheads and blackheads.
The Facial Mask Purifying dries up acne and removes acne scars, making it perfect for oily skin. Both of these masks are organic, don’t have a strong smell, and stay true to their promised claims. These facial masks work like a charm, and are truly an affordable miracle inside a tub!
Unicorn Elixir in 30ml (P700) or 15ml (P380)
Who doesn’t love unicorns? The Unicorn Elixir is magical with its power to nourish and brighten your skin, and clear up pimples. It’s a serum you can use for your face, hair, and even your nails! Your skin will feel fresh and clean after a long day with the Silly Foaming Wash. It comes with a soft brush that’s shaped like a heart to make sure you’re able to scrub the dirt off of your face. This does a great job at cleaning every inch of your face and has a great mild scent. It also brightens your skin, giving you that youthful glow! xxx

To say that their palettes are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G is an understatement. Their Mermaid Cult Eyeshadow Palette has beautiful, blendable colors that are highly pigmented.
